Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with data center or crypto mining site operations.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Management or related field experience.
Relevant certifications in project management or site supervision are a plus.
